On February 27, the jury for the first phase of the restricted competition on Esquisse Plus for the future PASREL building was held.
A jury of twenty people, representing the BioMaps supervisory bodies (CEA, Inserm, CNRS and the University of Paris-Saclay), as well as other institutions such as the Ile de France region, the Paris-Saclay agglomeration community, the Orsay town hall, the Paris-Saclay public development establishment, the FondaMental foundation and the GHNE, selected four groups from among the 32 applications received.
The four selected candidates will have the opportunity to submit an anonymous Esquisse +, which will include plan views, facades, and perspectives of their project, as well as an architectural, financial, technical, and environmental notice. The bids of the candidates will be evaluated in the fall, during the second jury of the competition.
The PASREL building, located in the ZAC de Corbeville, between the future Paris-Saclay Hospital and line 18 of the subway, will be highly technical and will be a true symbol of PASREL ambition to strengthen ties between Research, Hospital and Industry in the Paris-Saclay urban campus.
