The GDR RH and the SFBMEc are jointly organizing a free one-day symposium in Lyon. This symposium aims to address technological innovations and cross-disciplinary tools to understand and reproduce the natural extracellular matrix. It will specifically address the issues of skin and bone at different scales.
This symposium will provide opportunities for clinicians, professionals and researchers interested in new approaches to 3D tissue creation, the study of cell interactions with native and synthetic microenvironments and the resulting breakthroughs. These can be translated clinically.
The following topics will be discussed:
– Technical innovations to create 3D tissues
– Tools to decipher the cell/matrix microenvironment
– Physiopathology of the skin in vitro
– Mechanobiology and cell fate applied to skeletal tissue.
